How can I check to make sure I have purchased a yearbook?
Search your email for phrase: Jostens Order Confirmation # (Copy and Paste pink text as your email search)
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please call 1-877-767-5217 and Press 1 to speak with a Jostens customer service representative. Once connected, please ask to verify your 2024 yearbook purchase. Jostens Customer service is available Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm EST.

Can I change my ad photo after I have purchased?
No. Tribute Ad photos are final once purchase has been completed.
When I try to place a photo, I receive a message that the image is not high enough resolution.
Images may be rejected for resolution if the orientation of the image does not match the design image. An image taken in vertical orientation (portrait) may not be high enough resolution to place in a horizontal orientation (Landscape) photo box.

Are there any specific file format and resolution requirements for designing a Senior Ad?
Yes, all images must be 300 DPI or greater to be included in your Tribute Ad. Low resolution images will be rejected by the designer portal. Please be sure all images for ad design are JPEG format, high resolution and not watermarked.
If I submit an image that appears blurry or pixelated on my phone or computer, how will it print?
Blurry or pixelated images (originals) used to design the ad will result in blurry and pixelated images when the ad is printed.
My confirmation at checkout says my order will be shipped to my home. Will the ad be included in the yearbook?
Yes. All Senior Ads ordered via Jostens will be included in the yearbook and will not be sent to your home.
Is a yearbook included with in the purchase price of a Senior Ad?
No. Yearbooks and Senior Ads are sold separately.
Can I split the purchase of my yearbook or Tribute into multiple payments?
Yes. Please choose J-Pay at checkout to select either 3 payment option.
Can I pay for my Senior Tribute Ad now and submit photos later?
No. You must design and purchase at the same time.
Why did I receive a non-purchase notification when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
When is the last day to order a yearbook?
Yearbooks will be available online through or until sold out. Please remember to order early for best pricing.
What if I missed the online ordering deadline?
Yearbooks, if available, will be sold at the school unless all copies have been sold. Please CONTACT US for wait list information.

Why did I receive a non-purchase notification when I have an email confirmation from Jostens?
- You may have entered your name (parent) instead of your student's name.
- You may have transposed the first and last name of your student when you ordered online.
- You may have ordered yearbooks for multiple students under the name of one student.
- You may have located a confirmation number from a previous year (Please verify month/year purchase date)
- You may have ordered a yearbook for a different Skyview High School. There are at least 5 Skyview High Schools in America (AK,GA, ID, UT, WA). Make sure you choose Skyview High School in NAMPA, IDAHO.
- Your method payment may have been declined by your credit card company or accidentally disputed.
- You may have chosen the 3 payment option and one of the payments was declined by your credit card company.
- You may have not ordered a yearbook.
